We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you use retinol, AHA, BHA, or other exfoliating products, please discontinue use one week before your waxing appointment and wait one week after your appointment before resuming use. This helps minimize the risk of irritation and skin lifting.

Arrive with clean skin whenever possible and avoid using retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or other exfoliating products for at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please also avoid waxing, shaving, or other exfoliating treatments on the area being treated. Most importantly, come as you are — I’ll take care of the rest!
